The Flexibility Increases

The TAURO SYSTEM Gantry is the greatest expression of Flexible Manufacturing System. It links, together with the already exceptional characteristics of the Bisiach & Carrú Machining Centre, the possibility of operating thanks to the linear translation (7th axis) of its own structure, in different working areas (PRODUCTION MIX) or on elements of great dimensions (railway wagons, trucks, tractors, special means, etc). The TAURO SYSTEM Gantry completely reflects the usual Bisiach & Carrú standards regarding:

TRADITIONS: international experience in the robotisation of the most advanced industries.
PERFORMANCE: wide working area of the robot. Precision and high speed of operation.
RELIABILITY: 10 years of research with the aim of reducing the mechanical components to only 10 standard components.

Automatic gun changer: it increases the system flexibility. The unique design of the 3 axis hollow head allows this operation with the maximum rapidity and safety. Heavy duty head: loads up to 220 kg
Automatic water cooling suction unit 540° rotation of the head axis is available: this solves many problems of programming and also results in shorter cycle times
