Laboratory: the Bisiach & Carrù company is organised as a Research Laboratory and has been committed to technological innovation in the railway sector for some years. The railway carbody assembly system is the result of research into the problems involved in assembling and welding, characterised by extreme modularity, which makes it a UNIVERSAL and indispensable instrument in the production automation process. This system guarantees the reduction of production costs and increased quality, inasmuch as it is the piece of equipment which certifies the product. This equipment has been designed to guarantee the assembly of railway carbodies made both with light alloy profiles and steel parts.

Delivery: Bisiach & Carrù is able to guarantee fast delivery whilst maintaining high levels of quality and technology, thanks to a modular construction system, in which all parts are packed and shipped in kit form. The system is then installed in the customer's premises within 20 days. oCodesign: Bisiach & Carrù offer themselves as an active partner in the wagon crate design phase. The technical department is equipped with workstations which use the following software: CAD-CAM ROBCAD, CATIA, COMPUTERVISION, AUTOCAD, EPLAN. Using the IGES transformation system we are able to work with customer drawings in other formats.

On-line communication: thanks to connection to Internet and E-mail, the customer is able to communicate with Bisiach & Carrù in real time from anywhere in the world, and can transmit extremely quickly and directly all the necessary documentation . Maximum reserve and secrecy is guaranteed with regard to drawings and to technical documentation, received from customers.
