Bisiach & Carrù: Innovation in Aeronautics Component Assembly

Bisiach & Carrù specializes in the assembly of aeronautics components, including ribs, frames, stringers, flaps, and wings. We design and develop both the machines and fixtures that work synergistically to enable the automatic production of aeronautic subassemblies.

Over the years, we have created a variety of production systems, successfully installed in our customers’ plants worldwide.

Our systems perform essential operations such as positioning, measurement, drilling and riveting of components. In addition, we have developed automated solutions for applying sealant between parts, placing and curing liquid shim, as well as trimming and contouring composite panels.
