This is to inform you that Bisiach & Carrù S.p.A., with registered office at Corso Piemonte, 36 – 10078 Venaria Reale (TO), Italy, as the Data Controller, represented by its legal representative pro tempore, processes your personal data in full compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).
By completing this form, your data will be collected by the Data Controller and entered into our database for the following purposes:
To manage information requests submitted via the form;
To send product catalogues and other presentation materials related to the requests (considered pre-contractual activity);
To send technical, informational and update documentation relating to the subject of the requests;
To send communications regarding promotional and marketing initiatives.
The provision of personal data for activities essential to handling the requests submitted through this form – including the pre-contractual communication of information – is mandatory. Therefore, refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to initiate or continue the contractual relationship or to comply with legal obligations.
Conversely, the provision of data for the purpose described in point 4 is optional. These data may be stored in our records only upon obtaining your consent. If you do not give your consent, you will not receive the related communications.
The above processing may be carried out using both paper-based and automated tools, either at the Data Controller’s premises or at those of other parties performing activities related to the aforementioned purposes. These third parties are bound by contracts with the Data Controller and have been formally appointed as external data processors.
For the purposes outlined in points 1 to 3, data will be retained for the duration required by law. For point 4, data will be stored for a period of 24 months from the date of consent or until any withdrawal of consent is communicated.
Personal data will not be disseminated, meaning they will not be made available or disclosed to unspecified third parties in any form. However, they may be shared with our employees, internal collaborators, and consultants, and – strictly to the extent necessary – with third parties involved in the execution of the purposes described above. Data may also be disclosed to parties entitled to access them by law, regulation, or EU legislation.
In compliance with the applicable provisions, our employees and internal/external collaborators have been appointed as “data processing appointees” based on their roles and job duties.
Data subjects have the right at any time to request access to their personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to the processing. They also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent, as well as all other rights provided under the GDPR, by simply contacting the Data Controller. Data subjects may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
